◆Description of products
Hydrophobic fumed silica is made by hydrolyzing exertion chloroethane in oxy-hydrogen flame. From 2008 year till now, we began to produce fumed silica in food Application; the annual sales reached 1500 tons. Main used in different food. Now silica in food industry is wildly used .
When fumed silica in food powder, fumed silica is added as anti-caking agent and free flow aid. Due to change in temperature, humidity and pressure during storage and transport period, powder is easy to cake, which has bad effect on quality and shelf life of end product.
